QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, psychology, or any business-related course
• Minimum of 2 years experience
• Willing to work in Commonwealth Avenue (near Ever Gotesco)
• Work schedule is Monday to Saturday
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the organization by assisting with the purchase of items, bills payment, record-keeping, facilities management
2. Warehouse & Logistics Support: Supporting Warehouse & Logistics processes such as planning and coordination of deliveries, pullouts, and set up of rental items; assisting with warehouse tasks
3. Team Support: Assisting with tasks to support the overall team or department.
4. Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
