Responsibilities: Scheduling meetings/appointments, managing calendars for supervisors or teams, handling the personal affairs of the President.Answering phone calls, responding to emails.Organizing files, preparing reports and presentations, maintaining an efficient filing system, processes insurance claims.Keeping track of inventory and ordering supplies as needed.Manage incoming communications and route correspondence. Qualifications: Graduate of any 4-year coursePrevious experience in an office or administrative role is a plus.Proficient in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace) and familiarity with office equipment.Capability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
