Responsibilities:

- Maintain Various records and documents
- Organize and prepare for meetings
- Draft, review and send communications on behalf of the company such as memos/reports
- Answering and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information
- Do filing & other matters that are asked / requested upon
- Consolidated reports that are asked

Qualifications:

- At least 2 years of work experience in Admin related job
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to pay attention to details
- Organization skill
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Time management and interpersonal skills
- Computer Literate

**Salary**: Php14,500.00 - Php17,000.00 per month

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mandaluyong City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Office Administration: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
