Office Staff (Importation)

Responsibilities:
-Coordinate with Import Broker in the punctual preparation and submission of documentation
-Track the ETD and ETA from the Shipping Lines
-Coordinate with the Shipping Lines regarding any concerns
-Obtain Marine Insurance coverage (if applicable)
-Check the various Importation-related charges (Arrastre, Wharfage, etc)
-File and renew Import License annually
-Track parcels for air shipments/courier and acknowledge receipt of goods
-Input Landed Costs in SAP Business One
-Photocopy and/or scan the necessary hard copies for the Accounting Team
-Filing of other pertinent company documents and records

Qualifications:
-Male or Female
-With at least 2 years work experience in Import/Export
-Bachelor's/College Degree
-Must be organized, careful, meticulous and hardworking
-Fully Vaccinated and in good physical health

Salary Offer: 18,000-20,000 negotiable
