Job description
Job Functions:

- Monitor the stock levels, update internal database with order details and identify the items that are needed to purchase.

- Look potential suppliers and provide constant communication with existing vendors

- Update the records of Invoices and contracts with our existing suppliers

- Responsible in preparation and processing of Letter of Authority (LOA) , Surety Bond, and PEZA forms

- Prepare, monitor and liquidate Bureau of Custom and PEZA related costs

Job Qulaifications:

- with at least 6 months to 1 year experience as Purchasing/Impex Staff

- College graduate

- Can work with minimal supervision

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

SALARY : Php12,000 Php13,500.00 per month


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
