Office Staff (Custodian)

**POSITION: MOBILE ASSET CUSTODIAN**

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Graduate of Any 4-year course preferably IT
- At least 1-year of IT experience is an advantage.
- With Pleasant personalities
- Willing to work in Sucat, Muntinlupa
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

**Responsibilities**:
Facilitates procurement, dispensing, and tracking of client's enterprise-provided hardware, accessories, smartphones, and print devices.
Generates monthly and ad-hoc reports for clients as requested

Maintains client's department stock, accessories, and supplies to establish min/max levels on an ongoing basis

Conducts quarterly audits to ensure accuracy of asset data and reporting

Administers mobiles devices to the organization, including carrier and service, changes, device upgrades, and loaner deployment

Other duties assigned

**Salary**: Php18,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month

- Day shift

- Muntinlupa City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Office Administration: 1 year (preferred)
