Office Sales Staff

JOB DESCRIPTION
Attends to Clients to receive product inquiries, issue Quotations, and receive Purchase Orders.
Coordinates with Finished Goods Warehouse (FGW) or external suppliers to monitor unserved Client orders and meet committed lead-times.
When necessary, coordinates with Engineering / Technology-QA (TQA) to provide Clients with needed product drawings or spec sheets.
Encodes and updates database to prepare Sales Reports or necessary data for Sales meetings.
Assists in Product Information Document inventory monitoring and distribution.
Assists in collection Client feedback through the Customer Survey Sheet.
Perform other tasks as assigned by immediate superior.
QUALIFICIATIONS:
College Graduate of any 4 year course
At least 1 year of sales work experience
Good in oral and written communication, and good interpersonal skills.
Computer literate, and familiar with online selling platforms, sales industry trends, and regulations.
Advanced knowledge of administrative recordkeeping.
Able to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
