A.
**Job Description and Activities**

1.
Performs clerical functions assigned by the Hospital Director to include but not limited to typing of Memoranda, Correspondences and Inter - hospital Communication letters and sees to it that these are conveyed and / or routed accordingly.
2.
Maintains an accurate and updated file of all board resolutions, memoranda correspondence reports and inter-hospital communication letter

To see it that clinical department heads update their respective license / permits

6.
Assists and prepares documents needed during accreditation /licensing visits by the government agencies including but not limited to DOH, PhilHealth and BFAD.
7.
Coordinates with the Hospital Director on Questionnaires from DENR pertaining to hazardous wastes, and prepares quarterly reports

8.
Monitor the quarterly Water Analysis of the Hospital

9.
Maintains an accurate and updated file of all permits and license issued by government and non - government agencies

10.
Monitors renewal and maintains an updated file of all permits and licenses issued by government and non - government agencies

11.
Arranges, coordinated and reminds the Hospital Director and ADPS of his / her appointments, meetings and schedule of activities

12.
Coordinates with the Hospital Director and ADPS agenda for meetings including but not limited to : HMSI Board Meeting, EAC - HMSI Weekly Meeting and prepares necessary documents and enclosure

13.
Accomplishing minutes of meeting for the Hospital necessary

14.
Attends meetings for the Hospital if necessary

15.
Acts as liaison between the Hospital Director / ADPS and the different departments heads for close follow - up of specific instructions and directives

16.
Receives incoming communications either written or via telephone calls

17.
Coordinates with department heads, patients complaints that needs immediate action and immediately relay them to the Hospital Director / ADPS

18.
Coordinates with maintenance job orders done within or outside the hospital and sees to it that these are acted upon immediately

19.
Sees to it that government and non - government agencies are updated with regards to Hospital Officials

20.
Coordinates with different department heads on matters pertaining to preparation of hospital activities which includes the following but not limited to : Anniversary, Christmas, Blessings / Inaugurations and Special Masses

21.
Performs other duties as may from time to time be prescribed by higher authorities.
**Salary**: Php22,000.00 - Php27,000.00 per month
