**Job Description:**

1Export is seeking a motivated and independent Office Manager to join our team in a part-time capacity, working from the comfort of your own home. As a key player in our organization, you will oversee various administrative functions to ensure the smooth operation of our virtual office. This role requires a resourceful individual with strong organizational capabilities and excellent communication skills. You will be expected to coordinate between different departments, manage schedules, and support project management tasks.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Administrative Support:**
- Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring timely completion of administrative tasks.
- Organize and maintain documents, files, and office records in a digital environment using various software tools.

- **Communication Management:**
- Act as the first point of contact for internal staff and external partners, addressing inquiries effectively and professionally.
- Schedule and facilitate meetings, including setting reminders and distributing agendas to participants.

- **Project Management:**
- Collaborate with various departments to facilitate communication and maintain the timeline of ongoing projects.
- Track project deadlines and deliverables, ensuring all tasks are achieved on schedule.

- **Financial Coordination:**
- Assist with budget tracking and expense reporting, including reconciliation of monthly expenditures.
- Maintain an organized system for receipts and invoices for accurate financial reporting.

- **Office Organization:**
- Implement and manage office policies and procedures to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Provide recommendations to improve operational workflows.

- **Human Resources Support:**
- Assist with onboarding new team members and maintaining employee records.
- Organize employee welfare initiatives and promote a supportive working environment.

- **Health & Wellness Initiatives:**
- Champion health and wellness initiatives in the organization to promote employee well-being.

- **Team Collaboration:**
- Foster a positive team atmosphere through proactive communication and support.
- Participate in virtual team meetings, contributing to the strategic goals of the company.

**Requirements:**

- **Education & Experience:**
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in office management, administrative support, or a similar role.

- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello).
- Comfortable with various digital communication platforms (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Microsoft Teams).

- **Personality Traits:**
- Resourceful and independent, with the ability to solve problems creatively and efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

- **Soft Skills:**
- Excellent persuasive skills for effective communication and negotiation.
- Strong decision-making abilities, including sound judgment in prioritizing tasks.
