Office Manager Company Profile KodeGo is a Philippine-based coding bootcamp under Globe's corporate venture builder 917Ventures, which equips students with critical and highly-sought after IT skills while offering job placement support.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Manager to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide support to the different departments by handling office administrative processes - including day-to-day support to our Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
Responsibilities: Daily calendar management support and other administrative tasks requested by our CEO Handle and monitor day-to-day office management Handle and process travel documents for International and Local OB Trips. Process and submit the request for payment of expenditures. Reconcile and classify paid invoices to ensure accurate accounting and budget management. Support onboarding logistics for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience. Verify daily time records with immediate supervisors to ensure accurate attendance tracking. Assist in obtaining official receipts from the manpower agency and ensure accuracy in financial transactions. Handle tasks related to the incorporation of new Portco/Spinoff entities, providing necessary support and coordination. Submit complete attachments and monitor payment processing requests to ensure timely and accurate payments. Oversee the renewal of vendor contracts and subscriptions, proactively engaging in discussions and negotiations to secure the most favorable rates. Coordination for any team activities and concerns. All other duties as assigned to support the team. . Requirements Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. At least 3 years of proven experience in Administrative roles. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace Suites Knowledge of invoicing processes and contracts is a plus. Background in the startup industry is an advantage. Above average communication skills both in writing and speaking. Can work in a fast paced environment and prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently. Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
