### **Job Description:**

Workbean, a dynamic and innovative company located in Quezon City, is seeking an experienced and dedicated Office Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing our office operations, ensuring a productive and efficient working environment that fosters collaboration and excellence. This role requires a motivated individual with a resilient nature, who can manage changing priorities while maintaining an attentive and detail-oriented approach to their work.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Office Administration:**
- Organize and oversee administrative functions to ensure efficient office operations.
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; and verifying receipt of supplies.
- Coordinate office layouts and equipment to optimize workflow and support team dynamics.

2. **Communication Management:**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for office visitors, vendors, and clients, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses.
- Facilitate internal communication among team members, providing updates and information as necessary.

3. **Financial Administration:**
- Assist in budget preparation and expense tracking to help manage the office finances.
- Process invoices, manage office bills, and assist with payroll administration as needed.
- Work with management to identify cost-saving opportunities and analyze operational expenditures.

4. **Human Resource Support:**
- Assist with onboarding new employees, providing orientation and necessary information about office operations and culture.
- Coordinate scheduling of employee performance evaluations and support HR in maintaining personnel records.
- Oversee compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.

5. **Project Coordination:**
- Collaborate with team leaders on various projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project goals.
- Manage scheduling and logistics for meetings, events, and training sessions.
- Help in implementing new systems and processes to enhance office efficiency and effectiveness.

6. **Facilities Management:**
- Maintain the office environment, ensuring cleanliness, order, and functionality.
- Liaise with building management and service providers to ensure timely maintenance and repairs.
- Implement policies to promote sustainability and green practices within the workplace.

### **Requirements:**

- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
- **Experience:** Minimum 3 years of experience in office management or administrative roles.
