MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- College Degree; BS/BA in Business Administration graduate
- Reliable with patience and professionalism
- Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience as office coordinator or in a similar role
- Maintain files and records with effective filing systems
- Supporting other teams with various administrative tasks

BRIEF JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepares sales contract, update /encode customer's information in office internal system
- Coordination with head office for the daily sales transactions or payment verifications
- Responsible for submission of "Sales Performance Report" and "Collection Report"
- Assist and coordinate concerns of employees in branch to respective departments at head office
- Maintains effective filing systems and records management
- Support other teams with various administrative tasks
- Perform other duties that may deem necessary

**Salary**: Php9,782.00 - Php10,000.00 per month
