KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

Attendance and Punctuality.
He/ She shall report to work on-time, with willingness to extend time as deemed necessary by the operations.

Interpersonal Relations.
He/ She shall have good and harmonious relationship with his/ her fellow co-workers, customers, superiors, and other members of the community.

Credibility and Integrity.
He/ She shall uphold strict discipline in keeping and treating the documents and records with honesty and confidentiality.
He/ She shall report all data discrepancy to the concerned superiors at all times to ensure that it will be checked and corrected based on the existing process guidelines.
6.
Teamwork and Cooperation.
He/ She shall be willing to work with group ideas and actions based on agreed team goals and objectives.
He/ She shall participate and contribute in creating solutions and sound decisions based on thorough problem analysis and consensus.
KEY RESULTS AREAS:

Job Knowledge.
He/ She shall be well-informed, trained and skilled to fulfill his/ her primary duties as a Sales Clerk.
2.
Speed and Accuracy.
Ensures that documents and files are rightfully encoded, processed and checked in a real-time phase.
3.
Communication Skills.
Establishes good rapport with superiors, co-employees and clients/ customers, addressing concerns in a polite and business-like approach.
4.
Punctuality.
Ensures prompt submission of daily list of processed orders

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: Php9,000.00 - Php10,000.00 per month

- Lucena City, Quezon Province: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Office Clerk: 1 year (preferred)
