Job Qualifications

Graduate of any 4 year course
At least 1-2 years of construction experience and knowledgeable in document controlling is an ADVANTAGE
Strong Organizational Skills
Microsoft Office Skills
Must be willing to work on Project Sites.

Key Job Responsibilities

Establish and maintain the project central filling system.
Regular updating of document logs and ensure that all pertinent records are kept securely.
Register and file all relevant project documentation in accordance with the company procedures including routing, archiving, scanning, filing or photocopying if required.
Checking for accuracy and editing files.
Preparation and monitoring of documents and other reports relating to project and office activities.
Monitors and request office supplies need by Project.
Prepares the logistics requirements for Team meetings.
Assist in liaising for necessary permits and legal compliance.
Perform other related tasks that may be assigned.


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
