We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in Ortigas Center, Pasig City. The ideal candidate will have experience in bookkeeping, administrative, and clerical tasks. You will be responsible for processing billings, managing documentation, and assisting with general office inquiries. If you are quick to adapt and can start immediately, this role is a great opportunity to contribute to our team.Qualifications:- A graduate of any 4-year course.-Prior experience in bookkeeping, administration, and clerical work.- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.- Ability to start work immediately.Key Responsibilities:- Process billings and manage required documentation for the office.- Assist with phone and email inquiries from clients, vendors, and team members.- Perform general administrative and clerical tasks as needed to ensure office operations run smoothly.- Maintain organized records and handled other related tasks as assigned.Location: Ortigas Center, Pasig CityEmployment Type: Full-Time, On-siteSchedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMSalary: Php 700.00 - Php 750.00 per day (Negotiable)If you are looking for a role where you can support office functions and grow your administrative skills, we encourage you to apply!
