• Will work under supervision of the Manager/Owner.
• Communication: They have clear and friendly communication skills.
• They have knowledge of software such as Microsoft Office, Outlook, Adobe Programs, and are able to type quickly.
• Advanced mathematical reasoning/accounting
• Send e-mails/correspondence.
• Take messages from clients.
• Answer phone calls, make copies, organize office supplies.
• Greet guests.
• Organization: able to keep track of deadlines, files, and other important details, also plan ahead and mark their calendar with upcoming commitments.
• Knowledge and able to process local permits and regulations pertinent to business permits and other requirements.
• Customer service.
