Office Administrator

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in administration, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This role is essential to the smooth operation of our office, ensuring that daily administrative functions are completed accurately and efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including managing correspondence, phone calls, and emails.
- Maintain office organization by ensuring all documents are filed correctly, supplies are stocked, and workspaces are tidy.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other important documents.
- Manage calendars and scheduling for team members, ensuring appointments and meetings are efficiently coordinated.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and clients to ensure smooth office operations.
- Maintain and update office policies, procedures, and systems as needed.
- Assist with general bookkeeping duties, such as processing invoices, expense claims, and purchase orders.
- Support HR functions such as coordinating interviews, onboarding new employees, and maintaining employee records.

**Required Skills and Experience:**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within an office setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
- Strong time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with basic bookkeeping and office equipment.
