Office Staff (Admin Assistant) – Work Schedule (M-Sat 9 AM-5 PM)

Responsibilities:
-Filing (Hard Copies and Soft Copies) of Purchasing-related and Payable-related documents
-Verify the accuracy and completeness of purchase requisitions, purchase orders, delivery receipts and invoices
-Photocopy and/or scan the necessary hard copies for the Accounting Team
-Filing of other pertinent company documents and records)
-Organizing historical and archived records

Qualifications:
-Male or Female
-With at least 2 years work experience in an Admin Role
-Bachelor's/College Degree
-Must be organized, careful, meticulous and hardworking
-Fully Vaccinated and in good physical health

Location: Manila
Full-Time and Permanent Position for Immediate Hiring
