Details of the offer

1.
Providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
2.
Supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
3.
Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material.
4.Welcoming new hires to the office and show them around so they can get acquainted with the workspace
5.Providing new employees with all relevant documentation needed, such as the NDA - Contract employee handbook

6.
Paperwork that needs to be completed on the first day of employment, and information regarding office policies and procedures and employee benefits
7.
Introducing the new employee to other employees and management, especially those who will be on the new hire's direct team

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor's degree
- Proficient in MS office
- With experience as office clerk/admin assistant is an advantage - OJT experience can be consider
- Can attend face to face interview
- Can start ASAP
- NOTE: Please attach your resume and keep your line open.
**Salary**: Php570.00 per day

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- San Juan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- Administrative Assistant: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
