**Occupational Health Virtual Scribe | Full-Time | Remote**

We are seeking a detail-oriented Occupational Health Virtual Scribe for our Occupational Health program.
This individual will be responsible for ensuring results are sent in a timely manner to clients.
**Skills Needed**
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Must have neutral or no accent
- Able to think and act quickly in any given situation
- Ability to multitask
- Confident
- Familiarity with ECW or EMRs
- Good organizational skills
- Multilingual is an advantage
- Phone handling skills
- Excellent overall knowledge of medical terminology

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Coordinate with providers in relation to patient care
- Able to provide quick and timely resolution to patient concerns
- Follow
- up with patients
- Follow-up and coordinating with laboratories/clinics/other departments
- Scheduling/booking appointments for patients
- Coordinating with patients and other team members when needed

**Education**
- Must have at least 2 years in college, preferable taking any Medical related courses
- Computer literate / Tech savvy

**Work Schedule and Environment**
- Fully remote setting
- Full-time

**Desktop/Laptop and IT Specifications Required**
- At least Core I5 and up or Ryzen 5 3400G, 12gig ram, SSD (if Core I3, must be SSD and 16gig ram)
- Wired Internet connection with at least 50mbps
- Celeron is not acceptable
- Noise cancellation headset
- Quiet background
