We are looking for a certified company nurse to provide basic healthcare services to our company's employees. The OHN will be responsible for developing and implementing Health and Safety Programs, assessing health risks, in addition to the prevention and treatment of resultant illness or injury. The OHN should promote good health among employees by assessing them at regular intervals, keeping health records for every employee, and maintaining good communication with company management regarding healthcare and safety.
To ensure success, the OHN should possess excellent knowledge and skill in emergency healthcare-related issues in the workplace. They should also assess the work environment to identify any work hazards and plan intervention programs accordingly.

Provide emergency treatment in the workplace. Administer over-the-counter medication to employees. Create a clean, and comfortable sickbay/treatment area. Promote healthy eating and wellness programs. Improve the health of employees through on-going programs and health checks. Attend and Coordinate Suppliers with seminar workshops on HIV/AIDS, Gender Sensitivity, Family planning, and Stress Management and other Health and Wellness related learning session. Assist in the administration and implementation of Health and Safety policies and programs. Process of HMO concerns Secure safety documentation such as work permits and health status declaration forms. Accompanying, visiting, and assisting of sick employees Ensure that the workplace is compliant with the Occupational Health and Safety standards mandated by the government (DOLE) and ensures completeness, timely and accuracy of reports, Work Exposure and Illnesses Data, etc.) Document all employee injury and illness and keep this information confidential. Other tasks may be assigned from time to time in accordance with the exigencies of the business. What You Need to Qualify Must be a Registered Nurse. At least 6 months to 1-year minimum relevant experience. BOSH and BLS Certification is a plus but not required. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications. Able to multi-task and juggle several priorities at a time in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational skills. Able to handle confidential information. Can work in shifts (example GY or during weekends). Above average written and verbal communications skills.
