Occupational Health And Safety Officer

• Oversee the Company's Facility Management, general upkeep, and maintenance of buildings to ensure full compliance to EOSH standards and other local government and legal requirements.
• Responsible for the periodic inspection, maintenance, and repairs due mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and AC systems to ensure optimal operating results.
• Manage third party Repair and Maintenance Service Provider, compliant to Quality, Cost, and Safety and Manage Janitorial Services.
• Ensures compliance with Environmental regulations governing air, water, waste, and all other business facets
• Interface with local regulatory and Government authorized EOSH agencies and authorities.
• Responsible for site emergency plan, readiness of the ERT and emergency exercises and responding to site incidents.
• Review, Calibrate, and Implement periodic Preventive Maintenance Schedules for Electrical systems, HVAC, and Power Generating equipment.
• Oversee and supervise team of service / maintenance technicians, 100% compliance to scope of work.




Job Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of Mechanical Engineering or any equivalent courses
• Willing to work on Banawe, Quezon City
• 3 - 5 years working experience in same or similar field
• Functional EOSH Knowledge in regulatory requirements, EOSH technical aspects (safety, industrial hygiene, environmental), risk management, behavior-based safety, training, auditing / program review, regulatory agency enforcement, EOSH vendor / consultant management.
• Technical knowledge in electrical, mechanical and HVAC systems – Diagnostics and Troubleshooting
