Job Description:A permanent Home Manager post has become available in a luxury nursing home in Liverpool that specializes in providing nursing care to the elderly.
Up to £70,000 per annum, dependent on qualificationsMust have previous experience as a care home manager40 hours per week, as per home's needsLuxury nursing home for the elderlyTurnaround experience beneficialJob reference: JO19371The successful candidate will be required to ensure the smooth running of the home at all times and to the highest quality of care to the home's elderly residents, some of whom may suffer from dementia. Good communication skills, previous home management experience, and a passion for providing outstanding care are therefore essential.
Job Requirements of the Home Manager:Promote clinical and administrative arrangement, training, and care planning within the homeOrganising and motivating the carers to ensure good standards of care are deliveredMaintain and monitor the health and welfare of residentsLiaising with other healthcare professionals (clients, GPs, and other multi-disciplinary team members)Ensure CQC National Minimum Standards regulations are met to secure the needs, welfare, and social inclusion of the residentsOrganising and attending regular staff meetingsEnsure the overall smooth, efficient, and effective running of the care home at all timesSkills / Qualifications Required:Previous experience as a Home ManagerMust hold RMA / NVQ5 or equivalentValid NMC PIN - RGN, RMN desirable but not essentialExperience in budgeting and recruitmentPassion for elderly careApply TODAY to arrange an interview or call (phone number removed) for more information!
