**APEC Schools Inc.**, is looking for a Company Nurse/Admin Assistant who are bright, passionate, and eager individuals who believe in nation-building through education.
Responsible for providing admin support to the different departments in the Chain office.
- Mans the reception to welcome & assist visitors.
- Serves as the Chain office nurse, and attends to employees who would need medical assistance.
- Office supplies, mobile bin key custodian
- Provides support to other departments with their logístical and admin support needs.
- Processes payment of bills for utilities such as electricity, telephones, and building dues.
- Attends to other admin support tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Clinic and Safety Officer
- Manning of reception is for Chain office
- Logistical and admin support for a specific project or activity
- Do a monthly inventory of office supplies
- Preparation of documents in template format for internal and external requirements.
Examples are RCPs, PRs
- Submission and follow up of documents/reports to external parties such as LGU and DepEd
- Collation and reporting of data as prescribed
- Coordination with Building Admin regarding facility and security concerns
Job Requirements:
- BS Nursing Graduate, RN is preferred but not required.
- 1-2 years of Administrative experience, preferred.
- Well versed in the use of Google Suite Apps
- Team player
May also perform administrative tasks for other Chain departments like other members of the Admin Support team.
Full-time position, Hybrid work setup.
