Specialize in coordinating patient care for conditions like diabetes, heart failure, COPD, and more, helping to ensure continuity of care and improved patient outcomes—all from the comfort of your home!
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of clinical or bedside experience
Excellent English communication skills
