At Global Rescue, our Mission is simple – "To be there when it matters most". ROLE OVERVIEW: We are currently seeking experienced nurses who are interested in joining our growing operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for staffing emergency access telephone lines in our operations centers to respond to client health events and other emergencies. Additionally, the role also includes international deployments to support medical evacuations and perform a combination of medical logistics and research work. The logistics support medevac operations that come in from our members, and the research involves preparing for future operations by identifying and establishing relationships with hospitals, as well as air and ground evacuation providers.

QUALIFICATIONS: Registered Nurse with a minimum of 3 years of pre-hospital or hospital experience.Extensive background in Emergency Nursing/Advanced EMS response/Medical Hotline is an advantage.Excellent English Communication skills (verbal & written).Preferably a minimum of 1 year of customer service/call-handling experience.Proficient in computer operations.Attentive to details and follow-through.Efficient time management and organizational skills. Highly energetic and motivated to succeed.Mission-driven in "doing whatever it takes" to help those in need. RESPONSIBILITIES: Staff emergency and general access telephone lines in our operations center.Respond to member health events and member/potential member inquiries via telephone and email.Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries.Effectively describe the nature and scope of Global Rescue services.Manage and coordinate logistics for field rescues from remote locations and patient transfers to/from hospitals (includes air, ground, sea, etc.)Follow, maintain, and improve protocol, process, and quality standards for patient response and transport.Execute assigned non-operational general office tasks with diligence and precision.Domestic and International deployment when required. WORK SCHEDULE & ARRANGEMENT: Compressed workweek schedule: 3 consecutive working days & 3 consecutive rest days.Dayshift/Nightshift: 12 hours/day.Onsite (Ortigas, Pasig City, Metro Manila).
