Key Responsibilities: 1. Administrative Duties:
- Greet and check-in visitors or employees upon
arrival.
Schedule and confirm appointments.Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct
calls to appropriate personnel.
- Assist with general office duties, including filing,
faxing, and managing correspondence.
- Investigating and analyzing injury trends,
researching possible occupational hazards, and
collaborating with safety teams and managers
- Maintains copy of employees and department
directories as a guide for directing guest and visitors
- Maintains reception tidy, organize and presentable
manner.
- Other tasked that may assign, and related clerical
works such front desk responsibilities
2. Clinical Duties:
- Perform patient assessments, including taking vital
signs and recording medical history.
- Assist physicians and other healthcare providers
during examinations and procedures.
- Administer medications and treatments as
prescribed.
- Provide patient education on healthcare and
wellness topics.
- Monitor and document patient progress and report
any changes to the healthcare team.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and
standards.
Performs first aid during situations.Coordinates with external medical services when in
need.
3. Customer Service:
- Provide a welcoming and professional environment
for patients and visitors.
- Address and resolve patient concerns and
complaints promptly and effectively.
- Ensure patient confidentiality and maintain the
integrity of patient information.
Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.Associate or bachelor's degree in nursing (ADN or BSN).Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably
in a receptionist or administrative role.
- Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR)
systems and other office software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced
environment.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare
practices.
