Job Description:

Design layout of facilities and determine personnel requirements. Drive all new line set up and Equipment Installations. Develop production standards in cooperation with management and user personnel. Analyze operational workflows and processes to reduce production loss. Perform Line Balancing via NVA and Value Engineering. Ensure all equipment meet customer TAC Time for line capacity. Qualifications: Graduate of any Degree in Engineering Courses. With at least 2 to 3 years of work experience in EMS or Semiconductor Manufacturing. Good Communication Skills. Willing to be assigned at FPIP. Job Type: Full-time
