JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Answer incoming calls from patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies.Provide accurate and timely information regarding healthcare services, benefits, and claims.Assist customers with scheduling appointments, resolving billing issues, and navigating the healthcare system.Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by demonstrating empathy, professionalism, and problem-solving skills.Collaborate with other departments within the organization to ensure seamless customer service.Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as HIPAA regulations. REQUIREMENTS: Age: Must be at least 18 years old.Education: K12 graduates, College Graduates, Vocational 2-year Course Graduates, or Completed At Least 2-years in College.For High School graduates (Old Curriculum), a minimum of 6 months BPO experience for an International account or 1-year BPO experience for a local account is a must.Proof of Education: Candidates must provide proof of education, Diploma or TOR.
