We are currently seeking for FULL-TIME Non-Voice Sales Agents who are dedicated and committed to join our Voice Assistant Solutions (V.A.S.) team.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
Leaftel Inc. is a unique facility unlike all other call centers in Cebu. Here we let your keyboard skills do the work instead of your voice. We provide complete paid training to help you master our user friendly, 21st century V.A.S. (Voice Assistant Solutions) technology which allows you to listen to your customer while your fingers do the "talking". By typing pre-established codes, you instruct a recorded human voice to talk to the customer instead of yourself. No sales experience needed!
Our
ideal Call Center Agent has/is...Available to work FULL TIME in the office on weekdays, Mondays through Fridays, 5 days per week, 8 hours per day, availability needed from 10:
00PM to 7:
00 AM, weekends are off;
At least College Level
Stable, with a minimum of 6 months of consecutive experience in any company;
Serious, dedicated, professional, engaged, seeking long term, full time employment;
Strong typing skills (33words /minute) with a high percentage of accuracy;
Advanced active listening skills and high attention to detail;
Flexible, self-motivating and able to multi-task;
Call center and/or telephone experience is an asset.
