Non-Voice /Local Account Agent

We are seeking a Non-Voice/Local Account Agent to join our team. As a Non-Voice/Local Account Agent, you will be responsible for providing support and assistance to our clients through non-voice channels, such as email, chat, or ticketing systems. This role primarily focuses on addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Salary Package:
• Total Package: Php14,267.50
• Basic Salary: Php13,267.50
• Rice Subsidy: Php1,000

Requirements:

• At least HS Graduate (old curriculum)/SHS Graduate
• No CCE required
• With Accounting background / experience at least 6 months
• Did not work for Globe account (CCE) nor directly from Globe
