Job Description

As a Service Delivery Team Lead, you will join a team dedicated to building and enhancing critical cloud and internet services for partners. We seek decision-makers and leaders with strong interpersonal skills. If this describes you, we'd love to get to know you.

Qualification:

A minimum of 5 years of strategic team leadership and development experience in an IT-related business or industry, including talent management.
Passion for delivering an exceptional and consistent customer experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence partners at all levels.
Strong leadership skills to enhance team focus, efficiency, and effectiveness.
Expertise in service management process analysis and solution recommendation.
Ability to prioritize, plan, delegate, and execute departmental strategies and projects.
Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, 24×7 environment, balancing both strategic and tactical levels.
Emphasis on SRE as an engineering discipline focused on automation.
Skills in organizing and managing complex programs involving people, needs, and technologies.
Proficiency in collaborating and negotiating with diverse teams.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
