About the Role
Management Support:
On-board new members and hand them over to their teams in collaboration with engineering Team Leads and Team Owners.
Provide day-to-day performance management through coaching, career development, counseling, and disciplinary actions.
Prepare, facilitate, and document schedules for endorsements, check-ins, and check-outs for members, Team/Technical Leads, and Team Owners.
Promote and assist in managing member wellness initiatives.
Answer queries regarding people-related concerns.
Coordinate with vendors and members for Learning and Development training schedules.
Organize company-sponsored events and assist in implementing Member Relations policies and guidelines.
Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to relevant teams.
Continuously provide solutions to streamline people processes.
Strategy:
Support business strategies in various areas.
Develop strategies for people management, workforce & succession planning, and talent management for key leadership roles.
Analytics:
Measure, validate, and test the effectiveness of metrics to drive productivity optimization.
Analyze trends and metrics to develop and enhance solutions, processes, and programs.
Relationships:
Maintain healthy relationships across the company.
Conduct regular meetings with Team Owners and Team Leads and develop trusted relationships with department leadership.
Oversee and manage complex member-relations issues and coach managers on best practices.
Collaboration:
Work with other People team members on recruitment, compensation, and other people functions.
Participate in People and Culture team meetings and contribute to solving business-wide challenges.
Collaborate with Team Owners and Team Leads on compensation, rewards, training, and development programs.
Provide project leadership for People team initiatives.
Knowledge and Opportunity:
Maintain knowledge of legal requirements related to member management, ensuring regulatory compliance and member satisfaction.
Conduct research to add value to the business with proactive and reactive solutions for people management.
Handle other assigned responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications:
Minimum Educational Attainment: University degree in Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Communications, or relevant courses.
At least ten (10) years of relevant experience.
Excellent communicator and team player.
Good at prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
Accessible, approachable, and highly adaptive.
Aware of the needs of members.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
