JOB DESCRIPTION:
IBEX Global Solutions is currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Healthcare Account Voice Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to healthcare account customers, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Handle inbound and outbound calls from healthcare account customers, providing assistance, answering inquiries, and resolving issues.Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while interacting with customers.Provide accurate and detailed information about healthcare products, services, and policies.Document customer interactions and update customer records in the system.Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve complex customer issues.Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, call quality, and productivity targets. REQUIREMENTS: Age: Must be at least 18 years old.Education: K12 graduates, College Graduates, Vocational 2-year Course Graduates, or Completed At Least 2-years in College.For High School graduates (Old Curriculum), a minimum of 6 months BPO experience for an International account or 1-year BPO experience for a local account is a must.Proof of Education: Candidates must provide proof of education, Diploma or TOR.
