Responsibilities: Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls efficiently and courteously.Respond to customer queries and provide detailed and accurate information.Diagnose and resolve customer issues swiftly and effectively.Conduct follow-up communications to ensure complete resolution of customer concerns.Keep comprehensive records of customer interactions and update account details as necessary.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all customer interactions.Offer constructive feedback and ideas for improving customer service processes.
Engage in ongoing training to maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services.
