Your Day-to-Day: Manage travel bookings, inquiries, and changes with precision and care.Provide detailed information about travel options, rates, and itineraries.Process reservations, cancellations, and adjustments efficiently.Resolve travel-related issues and escalate complex cases as needed.Meet performance targets for productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.Maintain accurate records of travel arrangements and customer interactions. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is a plus.No prior travel experience necessary—we provide comprehensive training!Strong communication and organizational skills.Attention to detail and effective problem-solving abilities.Familiarity with travel booking systems and tools is a plus but not required.Ability to adapt to changing customer needs and work well independently or as part of a team.
