Reviews and performs Automated Appraisal of New Business Applications, mandatory requirements, AMLA requirements, and Alteration of Application regarding changes/amendments in the Application within defined approval authority.
Assesses the degree of occupational and foreign residence risks represented by the proposed insured and the owner.
cides whether to approve standard, reduce coverage or change plan, reduce coverage, grant or disapprove supplemental riders, or offer appropriate extra premium within approval authority limit.
Evaluates Non-medical history declaration of proposed insured and owner which are not covered by Speedy Issue Guidelines and recommends appropriate underwriting action whether to approve or reject the case (e.g.
surgery of gallstones, recovered, etc.
).
Orders requirements for incomplete answers in the Application and evaluates the risk based on the answers given by the proposed insured or owner using our Speedy Issue Guidelines.
Orders age/amount requirements after Automated Appraisal together with the missing answers to the questions in the Application Form and refers them to the underwriter when received.
Reports MIB impairment codes for substandard and not as applied for based on occupation and place of work.
Reviews and evaluates KYC requirements under the Anti-Money Laundering Act, for non-Filipino and Corporate applicants within approval authority limit.
Handles adjustment of records in Ingenium of underwriting cases to reflect changes requested after Auto Appraisal
Investigates clients with multiple client numbers.
and coordinates with Client Management for consolidation
Reviews printed copy of policy contracts of jumbo cases verifies details against underwriting decision if data were correctly encoded calculates manually for any discrepancy on the decision of underwriter vs policy contracts details checks the information of the policy ensures that the premiums are correct and contract pages are complete.
Processes refunds of overpayments, bounced checks, Not taken up(NTU), Not proceeded with (NPW) handles refund of initial premium and charge agent for NPW/NTU fees
Prepares letters using LWS, manual letters, and bank certifications.
Qualifications
College Graduate of 4-year course with above scholastic records.
At least 3 years experience as Speedy Approver.
Highly trainable fresh graduates can be considered.
App entry, INGENIUM, IUM, WMS, CAS, AGIS,PRS, LWS & MIB systems: Proficient
Forms, policy contracts, product features, Sales Hierarchy, NB processing flow and their relationship with other departments: Proficient
