New Accounts Specialist

Job Summary:

Responsible for interviewing and engaging with prospective clients inquiring about opening new accounts, such as savings and checking accounts. Gathers all appropriate information to open accounts and educates account holders on the terms and conditions of the product/s being availed of as well as related company or bank policies.

Job Qualifications:

Graduate of Financial Management, Banking & Finance, Business Management, Economics, or any related field
Preferably with at least 1-year work experience handling a New Accounts Specialist role or any similar role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good interpersonal and customer service skills
Thorough attention to details
Strong time management and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines
With working knowledge in data entry software, MS Office applications, and banking software
