The Job

The New Accounts Specialist will be working with our credit management team. This is a key function for the group. You will be managing our New Accounts Specialist portfolio and have the ability to further develop your functional expertise.

Strives to achieve new customer acquisition targets within an identified/assigned territory/segment through direct contact.
Ensure customer satisfaction by engaging the customer and discussing product (terms, repayment, penalties, etc) details.
Contributes to strategic planning and implementation on marketing and sales efforts to best achieve set targets.
Meet the target number of applications/loan amount.
Manage daily/weekly/monthly new customer acquisition targets.
Explore and penetrate new markets.
Answer customer queries and understand their situations.
Efficiently and accurately fills the online application form.
Collects, scans and verifies the authenticity of submitted documents/IDs.
Contribute to overall branch operations.
Share marketing and sales ideas to help improve branch performance.
Proactively suggest areas for improvements to Branch Manager.
Raise customer concerns and gaps in product features.
