Join our Team We are now looking for a Domain Sales Manager to drive domain sales by supporting the Key Account Management organization with business development and domain specific sales activities securing that Ericsson is perceived as a preferred partner. Work on strategic level identifying leads and opportunities as well as taking the role of ACR or CSR in a specific engagement. What you will do Scope, define and design solution offerings; driving end-to-end technical solutionsAnalyze customer technology, define business requirements and participate in risk analysisWork with core team on list of potential activities and solutionsDevelop technical presentations and proposals, and perform customer presentationsInfluence Customers vision & strategy, drive Ericsson involvement in creating customer visions, strategies & requirementsDeliver customer value, provide insight on how new trends will affect customer businessIdentify business opportunities, identify customer business needs through consultative engagementsSupport to drive opportunities to deals, conduct in-depth business focused discussions with customerDrive Knowledge Transfer, perform coaching and mentoring activities to support internal competence build upTo be successful in the role you must have Education: Business or Engineering, Master's degree would be advantageous or equivalent working experience.Minimum 15 years' experienceDomain experience: RAN/RAN-Transport, 5GC-level engagementNegotiation Skills
