Installation of direct internet access and voice services for clients
Troubleshooting firewalls, routing and switching to maximize network efficiency and security
Proper documentation of job tickets (ServiceNow)

**Communication with customers as required**: keeping them informed of incident progress, notifying them of impending changes or agreed outages

**What youu0026'll bring in**:
Excellent client-facing and communication skills
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills

**Technical expertise**: VLAN configuration, network troubleshooting & installation
Has at least 2-3 years of production-facing Linux experience required
CCNA Required
