Network Operations Engineer

Position: Network Operations Engineer
Shift Schedule: AU Shift (7am-4pm)
Work Arrangement: Hybrid Set up (2 days onsite, 3 days WFH/week)
Location: SM Cyber West Quezon City
Salary: 100k gross basic pay
Fixed Term (1 year contract)


QUALIFICATIONS:
-Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related course
-3 years of related work experience as a Network
-Engineer and experience supporting LAN, WLAN, WAN, and SD-WAN environments.
-Preferably with network certifications (CCNA or CCNP and Firewall certifications)
-Knowledge of network services such as DNS, DHCP, IPAM, TCP/IP, STP, VSS, VRF, EIGRP, and BGP.
-In-depth understanding and practical knowledge of networking systems such as LAN, WLAN, WAN, SD-WAN, switches, routers, firewalls, and load balancers.


NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS
-Must have handled global clients.
-Must be open for a contractual role.
-Must be level 2-3 support already.
