Network Management Engineer (Palo Alto - Bgc Taguig)

Job Description: Collaborate with engineers in technical planning, project implementation and documentation.Provide technical assistance for project implementation and maintenance operations.Provide network support, analysis, and issue resolution for all network related concerns.Provide network support for complex issues related to applications, servers, databases, storage and/or any other technical service.Works closely with teammates to ensure procedures and escalation processes are followed & communication occurs.Oversee vendor relationships during challenges to guarantee they adhere to service level agreements. Key responsibilities involve escalating issues when necessary, setting up checkpoints, supplying necessary data, arranging system access, and documenting all activities meticulously.Optimize network performance via analyzing, tuning, and monitoring. Evaluate existing network performance to identify deficiencies and make performance recommendations. Keeps updated with the latest technology on network administration to maintain optimum network performance.
