**JOB OVERVIEW**
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Conducts analysis of job/system requirements, specification preparation, and designs/implements network / IT security solutions, recommending strategic directions for area or unit
- Manages the network architectural design, procurement, installation, maintenance, and administration
- Manages the development and implementation of standards, procedures, and operations to support network infrastructure
- Performs systems analysis techniques and procedures, including consulting with users to determine hardware, software, or system functional specifications
- Define the network architecture, making sure it meets the business requirements and performance goals as defined by the client's long-term direction
- Recommend business continuity improvements for network assets and systems
- Analysis of network infrastructure and capacity planning for future projects/growth
- Manage and execute network installation, patching, rollouts, releases and upgrades
- Ensures the proper, complete and updated documentation of CIBI's technical architecture and technical procedures; ensures that technical support, systems maintenance, and upgrades can easily be decided on and acted upon due to well-maintained documentation
- Recommends for hardware upgrades as may be needed due to increasing volume of operational needs, increasing number of users, or due to technical compatibility with upgraded software already being used
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 5 years years business or project management experience
- Implemented continuous improvement processes and measurement criteria for improving financial performance
- Experience in defining processes and methodologies for capturing costs uniformly in a large Group and regional enterprise
- Experience in defining and measuring financial KPIs for IT
- Experience in Azure cloud and Azure tech stack
- Advanced Knowledge in Cisco Networking Technologies.
(routers, switches, wireless)
- Knowledge of Network Perimeter Security (Checkpoint, Cisco, Fortinet firewalls)
- Knowledge on Web Security and EndPoint Security Devices
- Ability to communicate openly and effectively with senior management, Business Units management, with other IT managers, with staff, and with many diverse constituencies
- Ability to work decisively under heavy workload considering the criticality, urgency and extended work hours required to ensure availability of the service in accordance to service level commitments
- Ability to manage multi-cultural and multi-located teams
- High willingness to drive transformation and service improvement
