Job Summary
The Network and Security Administrator (NSA) is responsible for designing, implementing, managing, and securing the organization's network infrastructure. This role ensures the efficiency, reliability, and security of all network systems, hardware, and software. The NSA also provides technical support, monitors system performance, and enforces compliance with security policies.

Key Responsibilities
Network System Administration
Design, implement, and maintain a stable and cost-efficient network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, and WLAN, across all office locations and remote sites.
Stay updated with emerging networking technologies to ensure sustainable infrastructure upgrades.
Monitor and troubleshoot network equipment and software, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
Coordinate with external service providers to maintain WAN availability.
Document and report progress on network-related projects.
Security Administration
Design and enforce secure network systems to protect against threats.
Stay informed on the latest security risks, implementing measures to mitigate breaches, malware, and other vulnerabilities.
Manage security tools, including firewalls, antivirus software, and endpoint protection solutions.
Educate team members on security policies and best practices.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with internal and external security standards.
Technical Support
Provide first-line technical support for hardware and infrastructure issues, including troubleshooting POS systems, desktops
