Job Description:
Atticus Advisory Solutions Inc is currently seeking a part-time Netsuite Functional Consultant to join our team and support our clients' account reconciliation module. As a Netsuite Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support in the implementation and maintenance of Netsuite's account reconciliation module for our clients.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and provide expert advice on how to best utilize Netsuite's account reconciliation module. Configure and customize Netsuite's account reconciliation module to meet the specific needs of each client. Conduct training sessions for clients on how to effectively use Netsuite's account reconciliation module. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or errors related to Netsuite's account reconciliation module. Develop and maintain documentation for Netsuite's account reconciliation module processes and procedures. Stay up-to-date with the latest Netsuite updates and enhancements related to the account reconciliation module. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Netsuite's account reconciliation module for our clients. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless integration of Netsuite's account reconciliation module with other systems and processes. Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and provide recommendations to clients. Act as a subject matter expert for Netsuite's account reconciliation module and provide guidance to other team members as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Netsuite's account reconciliation module. Strong understanding of accounting principles and processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Experience with other Netsuite modules is a plus. Netsuite certification is preferred but not required. Contract Details: This is a part-time contract position with the potential for full-time employment in the future. The contract will be for a minimum of 20 hours per week, with the possibility of additional hours depending on client needs. The compensation for this position will be based on experience and qualifications.
