We are currently seeking a NetSuite Functional Consultant for implementation and support of New Zealand and Australia NetSuite customers. This role is responsible for performing key implementation tasks and providing support for the NetSuite system as well as Adaptive Planning, OpenAir and other associated products. It's on day shift and you will be working from home in the duration of the quarantine until we are ready to move back to our office. You must be WFH capable with strong internet connection and equipment.

Your responsibilities include:
Business Analysis
Contribute to the definition, design and delivery of solutions in accordance with specified scope and requirements

Support project delivery to declared quality standards and project plan target dates
Assist with various implementation tasks as defined by the project manager
Conduct product overview and implementation sessions
Thoroughly test solution against requirements and contribute to testing and training for the successful delivery of the project

Investigate and resolve support cases
Assist with escalated cases
Respond to support cases via phone or email
Close support cases

Contributes to the success of a high performing team
Your background will include:
NetSuite ERP Consultant certification is highly preferred
Over 4 years’ experience in the ERP software industry with experience of implementing and leading complex ERP projects to mid-size companies
Intermediate level working knowledge of NetSuite, Excel and Accounting systems is necessary
Excellent English communication skills both in written and verbal
