Job SummaryThe NetSuite Support Representative is responsible for managing and optimizing the NetSuite platform to streamline business processes and provide support across various departments. This role involves direct collaboration with the Executive Team, coordination with NetSuite's ACS Team, and troubleshooting system configurations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of NetSuite, a proactive approach to system efficiency, and the ability to provide comprehensive support and training.
Key Responsibilities1. Platform Optimization Architect the NetSuite platform to enhance workflows and ensure efficient processes across departments.
2. Cross-Departmental Alignment Conduct weekly meetings with the Executive Team to align NetSuite configurations with departmental needs and organizational goals.
3. Configuration Management Attend regular meetings with NetSuite's ACS Team to discuss and implement necessary configurations and customizations.
4. Sales and Accounting Adjustments Update and adjust sales and re-sales items to ensure accurate invoicing and proper accounting.
Ensure sales items are reported accurately in financial reports.
5. Dashboard Customization Customize dashboards for each department to enhance reporting and improve data accessibility.
6. Invoice Processing Improvement Streamline and update invoicing processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
7. Troubleshooting and Support Provide troubleshooting assistance, system adjustments, and necessary configurations for executives and employees.
8. Documentation and Training Develop and document user processes for each department and role.
Create training videos and materials for specific NetSuite tasks.
Process Documentation Responsibilities by DepartmentAccounts Receivable: Document invoicing processes and procedures for updating paid invoices.
Accounts Payable: Outline steps for booking and paying bills, among other tasks.
Project Coordination: Detail processes for assigning resources, scheduling, and approving employee time and expense reports.
Sales Support: Define workflows for quoting, creating sales orders, and other related tasks.
QualificationsProven experience with NetSuite platform configuration and support.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with executive and cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented with the ability to document and create training materials effectively.
Preferred SkillsExperience in ERP system support or consulting.
