Qualifications:
Preferably with 2-4 years or more in ESL teaching experience

Excellent / exceptional written and oral communication skills

Must be highly motivated with good working attitude

Knowledge in teaching methods and strategies

Should know the

IELTS system well and its examsTeaching certificate is preferable

English native speaker

Result-oriented and able to work under pressure to achieve results.

Presentation and Teaching skills

An ability to communicate effectively with students and other members of the public of all age groups and social backgrounds.

Flexible and can work in an environment with diverse culture especially with Koreans
