National Trainer

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Developing, localize training materials to be cascaded to sales team and distributors and dealers
- Develop compliance procedure (audit activities) for Sales Officers, Regional Sales Supervisors etc.
- Assist in CHECKING and VERIFYING brand visibility materials within audit covered area
- Organizes training activities, prepares cost planning, venue, area coverage.
Coordinates Regional Sales Managers for Regional Sales Supervisor and Sales Officers training.
- Develop classroom and online training and assessment materials to be used to engage and assess promoter working knowledge.
Submits DAILY/WEEKLY / MONTHLY Reports
- Reports directly to the Country Manager / Regional Managers for training contents and directions.
- Conducts product training, soft skills and management skills for sales officers, regional sales supervisors, regional sales managers, dealers, corporate partners, and distributors.
- Helps ensure sales/retail personnel are ready during New Product Launches, Price Drops, marketing promotions and events execution
- Act as speaker during mall activations, product launches.
- Studies all INFINIX MOBILE products and developing KSP, FABE, and Sales step process for sales/retail personnel including smartphone navigation
- Regularly updates WAPP analysis (Competitor Reports) on a weekly basis.
- Assist Sales Data Analysis as per need basis
- Relevant projects may be assigned from time to time

**JOB REQUIREMENT**:

- with experience in Mobile Industry as Trainer for atleast 1-2yrs
- willing to work on Quezon, City
- can start ASAP

**Salary**: Php35,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
- Performance bonus
